We, Belén, Diego and our little son Joaquín, are the founders of PIEDRA KENAZ, a restaurant served by ourselves and a group of friends who joined us at the beginning. Some of them are still with us and others have become part of our loyal clientele. We are young chefs and we have traveled along the Patagonia and worked in El Calafate, Ushuaia, Bariloche and Puerto Pirámides… Today, we are bringing our experience and the typical dishes of each place to our own cuisine, combining regional products with the products of the patagonian seas, thus creating a sea and mountan signature cuisine. Something different in the city. Our hospitality and informal but customized service makes our customers feel really comfortable and a part of us by ordering dishes which are then offered as our specials. That means our customers’ opinion matter to us.
